We understand. New relationships make us all a bit nervous. You don’t know us. We don’t know about your business. You’ve seen how technology can transform your business, but don’t know how to make it happen.

Before we get committed, let’s get to know each other. Pick a service level, and we’ll meet for an initial consult.
What’s involved?
We’ll get to know each other in person. We’ll listen to how your business works (or doesn’t), share stories, and discuss ideas. Depending on the level of service, we may even be able to make some improvements on the spot!
Service Levels
Sole Proprietor
You are in charge! You may already work with other consultants and contractors, but you make all the decisions.
You’re busy, so we’ll meet in person for about one hour. We’ll talk about your needs
Partnership (2-3)
You work as a small team. This could be early stage, or an operating business working with several consultants and contractors. Decisions are made as a group so information needs to be shared with all of the partners.
There will be more questions, ideas, and discussion, so we’ll plan to meet for a 3-hour session one morning or afternoon. We’ll share ideas, and give you a written summary with recommendations afterward.
Business (3-11 employees)
You are in charge of a small business. Tasks are distributed and there are a few decision makers. There are likely full and part time employees, and you regularly work with consultants, contractors, and trusted advisors. You may have specific projects already in mind, or in flight.
Complexity is high. You’ll need more time to explain your business or projects and concerns. More people will be involved.
Initial consult will consist of a 3-hour session. We’ll share ideas, and give you a written summary with recommendations afterward. At this level, we will take some time to process the info and schedule a followup for a 2-hour session to provide a written report, short presentation, and use the remaining time to discuss the plan. If you want to started right away, we’ll setup billing for additional hours.
